Our Calisthenics Plans are Split into 3 Journeys:

Novice Journey:

Designed for those who are relatively new to calisthenics or looking to establish a consistent training routine.

Inside this journey, you can expect to find structured training, aimed at building endurance, improving pull ups, push ups, and dips form, and gradually advancing your fundamentals in a safe manner.

I'll guide you through the fundamentals of bodyweight, helping you develop the necessary skills and confidence to progress on your calisthenics journey.

Intermediate Journey:

Ideal for those with some training experience under their belts, who have completed the 12 week novice sign up, would like to take their calisthenics skills to the next level.

On this plan, you'll initially be focused on building your weekly training volume. With an emphasis on mastering the muscle up and handstand.

From muscle up and hand balance progressions, complex sets, this journey offers a comprehensive approach to achieving your goals.

Designed for those who are relatively new to calisthenics or looking to establish a consistent training routine.

You’ll be given a personal training plan delivered through our own coaching app. We guarantee programme clarity from the start by clearly defining all of your daily tasks which range from your habits, movement, workouts, to nutrition guidelines.

You'll get my full support throughout and accountability which is second to none.

Please note, this is a premium coaching program and not a free offering, pricing and options will be discussed during the consultation call.

Advanced Journey:

Tailored for those who are looking to fine-tune their foundations and mastering the muscle up and handstand in a short time span (2-3 months).

Hey, my name is Pat Chadwick and I'm a online calisthenics coach. I've been doing this since 2018 and to put it simply, I LOVE IT 💪😎💙

I've been fortunate enough to combine my career with my passion for fitness.The love for for it all came when I first mastered the muscle up and handstand back in 2016 after school.

And as bonus I now get to help amazing people achieve goals they never before thought possible!

I've had the pleasure of seeing clients' growing their confidence, boost their health, mastering advanced calisthenics skills, and build their dream physiques through a made-to-measure online mind and calisthenics transformation programme..

What equipment do I need?

We'll adapt to the resources you currently have, and if your goals demand additional equipment, we'll provide recommendations for necessary purchases. For instance, if mastering a pull-up is one of your goals but you don't have something to hang on, we'll suggest investing in a pull-up bar.

Do I need access to the gym?

Only if you want to train at the gym!

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes, over half of my students are beginners.

Will I get nutritional support?

I'll offer nutrition guidance upon request and if I believe it will enhance your training experience for greater training support.

Am I too old to start?

Among my clients are individuals in their 40s to 50s and are smashing out muscle ups, handstand holds, and flexibility at a level that surpasses their youth. Age is just a number!

How quickly do I receive feedback?

Usually within a few hours of sending me videos and questions via WhatsApp.

How often can I contact my coach?

As much as you need to! The more we communicate, the faster you'll be able progress as it'll help you navigate through problems and overcome new challenges.

What are my payment options?
